Why does the turquoise received look different then the picture?

Turquoise is a natural stone. Our artist try to keep the stones in similar style and characteristics, but each stone varies in markings and color and cannot be replicated again. Variation in the stone gives character and makes your piece one of a kind.


Do you have a storefront?

We currently do not have a storefront, but sell to retailers around the country.


Can I get on a waitlist for an out of stock product?

On the individual product page you can sign up for restock alerts.
All items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you within 2 business days of a cancellation and provide a refund.

Do you buy Native American art?

We are always interested to see what you have to offer! Please contact us and let us know what you have available.

Do you ship internationally via your website?

While we do ship internationally, there is no way for those residing outside of the United States to place an order directly through the website. If you live abroad, please email tenee@teneeestelletradingco.com to place your order.


Do you offer layaway?

We are happy to offer our clients flexible purchasing on anything over $200. Layaway is 90 days of free financing with a 20% down payment. Layaway down payments & additional payments are non refundable & must be completed in a timely manner. Once an item is placed into layaway that layaway must be completed and cannot be “switched out” for other items. Limit of 2 layaway plans per person during the same time frame. If the layaway terms of payment are not met in the agreed upon time frame then the layaway will be cancelled & all payments forfeited as well as the merchandise. Layaway items are final purchases and may not be exchanged.

Extended Layaway on items of $1000 or more can be for a period of 6 months. If you are interested in a piece & need slightly different terms please don’t hesitate to ask. We design custom plans regularly.
